Claims (1)
- 電源ラインとアース間にコレクタ、エミツタを
接続すると共に、電源ラインにベースが接続され
た差動増幅器を構成する第１、第２のトランジス
タと、前記第１のトランジスタのベースにダイオ
ードを介して接続され、電源ラインの電源電圧に
応じてスイツチングする第３のトランジスタと、
前記ダイオードのカソードに接続されたコンデン
サと、前記第１のトランジスタの出力によりベー
ス、エミツタ間で電源ラインの電圧を検出し、ミ
ユート信号を出力する第４のトランジスタとを備
えたことを特徴とするミユート回路。
