Claims (1)
- スイツチング制御回路より発生されるスイツチ
ング制御信号によつてオン・オフされるスイツチ
ングトランジスタを用いて、直流入力をスイツチ
ングし、該スイツチングトランジスタの出力を平
滑化することにより所望電圧の直流出力を得るス
イツチングレギユレータにおいて、該スイツチン
グトランジスタのベースにダイオードの一端を接
続するとともに、該ダイオードの他端には該スイ
ツチング制御回路の出力端を接続し、該スイツチ
ング制御信号が該ダイオードを介して該スイツチ
ングトランジスタのベースへ供給される構成とし
たスイツチングレギユレータ。
