Claims (1)
- ＰＮＰトランジスタとＮＰＮトランジスタのう
ちの一方のトランジスタのエミツタが電源に接続
され、他方のトランジスタのエミツタが接地され
ると共に、ＰＮＰトランジスタのコレクタとＮＰ
Ｎトランジスタのコレクタとを相互に接続して出
力とするプツシユプル回路型の駆動回路において
、一方が電源に接続され他方が入力端子と前記一
方のトランジスタのベースとの接続点とに接続さ
れる抵抗と、前記他方のトランジスタのベース・
エミツタ間に逆並列接続されるダイオードと、前
記一方のトランジスタのベースと前記他方のトラ
ンジスタのベースとの間に接続されるコンデンサ
とを備えることを特徴とする駆動回路。
