  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 エミツタが電源入力端子に接続され、コレクタ
    が電源出力端子に接続された大電力用の第１のＰ
    ＮＰトランジスタと、 エミツタがこの第１のＰＮＰトランジスタのベ
    ースに接続され、ベースが抵抗を介して前記電源
    入力端子に接続されたコレクタ接地の小電力用の
    第２のＰＮＰトランジスタと、 制御端子がこの第２のＰＮＰトランジスタのベ
    ースに接続され、検出端子が出力電圧分割用の抵
    抗を介して前記電源出力端子に接続された３端子
    レギユレータとより構成したことを特徴とする定
    電圧回路。
