回路を示す回路図、第２図はこの考案の他の実施
例によるレベル変換回路を示す回路図、第３図は
従来のレベル変換回路を示す回路図である。 図において、１は電源端子、２は入力端子、３
は出力端子、４，５はロジツク・バツフア、１２
はエミツタ接地回路、１３はベース接地回路であ
る。なお、各図中の同一符号は同一又は相当部分
を示す。

Claims (1)
- ロジツクの“Ｈ”、又は“Ｌ”レベルをベース
に印加してドライブするベース接地トランジスタ
回路のコレクタ出力を制御ロジツク信号としてエ
ミツタ接地トランジスタ回路のベースに与えてド
ライブし、巾のエミツタ接地トランジスタ回路の
コレクタに接続した抵抗から出力を得ることを特
徴とするレベル変換回路。
