Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一端が正出力定電圧電源に接続された第１の抵
抗と、 エミツタが前記第１の抵抗の他端に接続され、
ベースが基準電位点に接続されたＰＮＰトランジ
スタと、 一端が前記ＰＮＰトランジスタのエミツタに接
続され、他端が前記ＰＮＰトランジスタのベース
に接続された第２の抵抗と、 コレクタが負荷とデイカツプリングコンデンサ
の並列回路に接続され、エミツタが負電圧整流回
路に接続され、ベースが前記ＰＮＰトランジスタ
のコレクタと接続されたＮＰＮトランジスタと、 カソードが前記ＰＮＰトランジスタのエミツタ
に接続され、アノードが前記ＮＰＮトランジスタ
のコレクタに接続されたツエナダイオードとを具
備したことを特徴とする定電圧電源回路。
