路に接続され、ベースが前記ＰＮＰトランジスタ
のコレクタと接続されたＮＰＮトランジスタと、 カソードが前記ＰＮＰトランジスタのエミツタ
に接続され、アノードが前記ＮＰＮトランジスタ
のコレクタに接続されたツエナダイオードとを具
