Claims (1)
- ホトカプラの受光素子と、電流制限抵抗と、出
力トランジスタのベース・エミツタとを直列に接
続した駆動回路にベース電流を流し、前記出力ト
ランジスタを駆動する出力トランジスタの駆動回
路において、前記駆動回路に前記ベース電流の初
期値を増大するコンデンサを接続したことを特徴
とする出力トランジスタの駆動回路。
