Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to couple both an emitter-coupled transistor logic circuit and transistor-coupled transistor logic circuit together by cascading an output transistor to the emitter-coupled transistor logic circuit and by connecting the output transistor to the transistor type transistor logic circuit. CONSTITUTION:In the 1st chip CHP1, the collector of either of transistor TR11 and TR12 of the emitter type transistor logic (ECL) circuit is connected to the base of output transistor TR13. Further, the emitter of output transistor TR13 and that of output transistor TR23 in the 2nd chip are connected in common and also connected to an electric power source of 12V. Additionally, the collector terminal of output transistor TR13 of the 1st chip CHP1 is connected to the emitter of the input transistor of the transistor type transistor logic circuit.
