Claims (1)
- 圧電振動子を発振させる発振用トランジスタの
コレクタがバツフア用トランジスタのエミツタに
接続された圧電発振回路において、該バツフア用
トランジスタのコレクタと電源との間にコレクタ
抵抗Ｒ５が接続され、該バツフア用トランジスタ
のコレクタから該バツフア用トランジスタのベー
スへ抵抗Ｒ４が接続され、さらに該バツフア用ト
ランジスタのベースから該発振用トランジスタの
ベースに抵抗Ｒ３が接続された時の該コレクタ抵
抗Ｒ５の値とベースの抵抗Ｒ３とＲ４の値の和と
の比（Ｒ３＋Ｒ４）／Ｒ５が３０以上であること
を特徴とする圧電発振回路。
