- 圧電振動子を発振させる発振用トランジスタの
コレクタがバツフア用トランジスタのエミツタに
接続された圧電発振回路において、該バツフア用
トランジスタのコレクタから電源との間にコレク
タ抵抗Ｒ５が接続され、該バツフア用トランジス
タのコレクタからベース抵抗Ｒ３が発振器用トラ
ンジスタのベースに接続された時の該コレクタ抵
抗Ｒ５の値と該ベース抵抗Ｒ３の値の比Ｒ３／Ｒ
５が３０以上であることを特徴とする圧電発振回
路。
