Claims (1)
- 発振能動回路と、この発振能動回路により駆動
される圧電トランスと、この圧電トランスから前
記発振能動回路に帰還信号を与える帰還回路とに
より構成される発振回路を有する高電圧発生装置
において、前記帰還回路を前記圧電トランスの出
力端子から帰還信号を得るように接続したことを
特徴とする高電圧発生装置。
