Claims (1)
- 基準電圧発生回路と、該基準電圧発生回路の出
力端子に接続され上記基準電圧発生回路の出力電
圧によつて制御される第１の定電流源回路と、上
記出力端子に上記第１の定電流源回路と並列接続
される第２の定電流源回路によつて構成され、上
記基準電圧発生回路の出力電圧によつて制御され
る上記第１の定電流源回路の出力電流を監視する
計測器を上記第２の定電流源回路の出力端子に設
けたことを特徴とする定電流源電流監視回路。
