- コレクタに電源供給端子からの電源が供給され
ベースにバイアス電圧が供給されるトランジスタ
を備え所定の周波数で発振する発振部と、前記電
源供給端子からの電源を受けこの電源供給端子に
対して常に一定電圧となる前記バイアス電圧を発
生するバイアス回路とを有することを特徴とする
発振回路。
