    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 差動接続された一対のトランジスタと、該一対
    のトランジスタの共通エミツタに接続された定電
    流源と、前記一対のトランジスタの一方のベース
    に接続されたコンデンサと、前記一対のトランジ
    スタの他方のコレクタ電流に応じて前記コンデン
    サを定電流充電するトランジスタと、前記コレク
    タ電流に応じて前記一対のトランジスタの他方の
    ベースに印加される基準電圧を変更するトランジ
    スタとを備える発振回路において、前記定電流源
    に流れる電流を電源電圧に応じて変化させ、電源
    電圧変動による発振周波数の変化を防止する様に
    したことを特徴とする発振回路。
