    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタのベースとエミツタ間に設けられ
    た第１の帰還容量と、エミツタとコレクタ間に設
    けられた第２の帰還容量とを備えた高周波発振回
    路において、前記第２の帰還容量を可変容量ダイ
    オードとし、この可変容量ダイオードを前記トラ
    ンジスタの駆動電圧で逆バイアスすることを特徴
    とした高周波発振回路。
