Claims (1)
- ベースとコレクタをそれぞれ引き出し端子に接
続された第１のバイポーラトランジスタを有し、
前記第１のトランジスタのコレクタは抵抗を介し
て電源電圧ラインに接続され、エミツタは抵抗を
介して基準点に接続され、ベースがバイアス回路
に接続されて構成された発振回路及び前記発振回
路出力の振幅変換を行なうレベル変換回路を有し
、前記レベル変換回路の出力をプログラマブルリ
フアレンスデイバイダに入力することを特徴とす
るフエイズロツクループ集積回路。
