Claims (1)
- トランジスタを用いた高周波発振器において、
発振に用いられているトランジスタの３つの端子
、エミツタ・コレクタ・ベースのうち、直接接地
されていない端子１つないしは複数に、発振動作
に影響を与えないようにチヨーク等を介して、低
周波にて充分大きなコンダクタンスを有するコン
デンサーをアースとの間に接続したことを特徴と
する高周波トランジスタ発振器。
