Claims (1)
- 圧電振動子と、少なくとも２個のリアクタンス
素子と、トランジスタとを有する圧電発振回路に
おいて、一端が接地された前記圧電振動子と、こ
の圧電振動子の他端に接続される前記第１および
第２のリアクタンス素子と、この第１のリアクタ
ンス素子の他端にベースを、また第２のリアクタ
ンス素子の他端に抵抗およびコンデンサを介して
コレクタを、さらに接地電位に直流バイアス回路
を介してエミツタを接続したトランジスタと、こ
のトランジスタのコレクタと接地との間に接続さ
れたコンデンサおよび定電圧ダイオードの直列回
路とを有することを特徴とする圧電発振回路。
