Claims (1)
- 差動接続された第１及び第２トランジスタから
成る差動増幅器をバイアスする為のバイアス回路
であつて、ベースが共通接続された第３及び第４
トランジスタと、該第３及び第４トランジスタの
ベースとアース間に接続されたコンデンサと、前
記ベースに定電圧を印加する定電圧回路とから成
り、前記第３トランジスタのエミツタを前記第２
トランジスタのベースに接続するとともに、前記
第４トランジスタのエミツタを前記第１トランジ
スタのベースに抵抗を介して接続したことを特徴
とする増幅器のバイアス回路。
