    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 出力段に、ベースが共通な第１、第２のエミツ
    タフオロワを設け、入力段に、入力信号が印加さ
    れる第１の入力と前記第１のエミツタフオロワが
    接続された第２の入力とを有する差動増幅器を設
    けた帰還増幅器において、前記第１、第２のエミ
    ツタフオロワの電流比のずれによる出力電圧のず
    れを減少させるように、前記差動増幅器内のトラ
    ンジスタ対のエミツタ面積比を変えたことを特徴
    とする帰還増幅器。
