施例を示すものであり、第１図は半導体素子の樹
脂封止成形後のリードフレームを示す一部切欠平
面図、第２図はその正面図、第３図及び第４図は
本考案リードフレームの他の実施例を示すもので
あり、第３図は樹脂封止成形後のリードフレーム
を示す一部切欠平面図、第４図はその正面図であ
る。第５図はリードフレームと樹脂成形体及び固
化樹脂との付着状態を示す一部切欠正面図、第６
図及び第７図は縁枠と固化樹脂との付着状態を示
す一部切欠拡大斜視図及び一部切欠拡大端面図で
ある。第８図は従来のリードフレームを用いた場
合における樹脂封止成形作用の説明図である。 １…１１…リードフレーム、３，３１…縁枠、

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所要数の外部用リードと、該リードを支持
させる縁枠とを備えた半導体素子の樹脂封止成形
用リードフレームにおいて、上記縁枠における所
要個所に、樹脂材料を固着させる所要形状の粗面
部が形成されていることを特徴とする半導体リー
ドフレーム。 (2) エアベント位置と対応する縁枠の対応個所
のみに粗面部を形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲
第(1)項に記載の半導体リードフレーム。 (3) エアベント位置と対応する縁枠の対応面全
部に粗面部を形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第
