    いて、 半導体チツプを載置すべき部材のうちで前記半
    導体チツプを封止した状態の樹脂の表面に対応す
    る位置よりも前記樹脂の内部側に対応する位置に
    切断容易部が形成されていることを特徴とするリ
    ードフレーム。
