Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平坦面を有する硬質板と、半導体ウエーハを保
持する台とを有し、前起硬質板と台との相対運動
によつて半導体ウエーハを硬質板に押し当てる半
導体製造装置において、 前記硬質板を回転可能な多角形柱状体の各面に
配設するとともに、 前記台と対向する箇所を除く任意箇所に使用済
み硬質板の清掃手段を配設したことを特徴とする
半導体製造装置。
