のカッターの部分拡大展開側面図である。 １・・・鋼製円板、２・・・砥粒層、３，３′・・・砥
粒層の表裏両側面、４，４′およ−び５，５′・・・溝
、６゜６′・・・小刃物、Ａ・・・カッターの回転方向
を示す矢印。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）銅製円板１の外周部に、超硬質砥粒を用いて成る
    環状の砥粒層２が連続してリング状に焼結、固着され、
    該砥粒層の表側面３と裏側面３′に複数個の溝４．４’
    、　５．　５’が前記円板の内方から外方から外周に向
    かって画成され、前記溝の各々はその軸方向の深さが前
    記鋼製円板の肉厚よりは浅く、前記表側面の溝４，５と
    裏側面の溝４’、５’とは逐次交互にジグザグに配列さ
    れ、前記溝４．　４’、　５．　５’中の少なくとも一
    部の溝の回転方向Ａに対向する壁面部には小力物６，６
    ′が固着され、該小刃物の外側前面角部に鋭利な刃部が
    形成されていることを特徴とするせんい強化プラスチッ
    ク材料切断用リング状カッター。
  2. （２）前記超硬質砥粒を用いて成る環状の砥粒層２は、
    ダイヤモンド、立方晶窒化はう素および灰化タングステ
    ンからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも１種の砥粒と適当
    な金属粉末よりなるボンド材とを均質に混合して成る実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のせんい強化ブーラ
    スチック材料切断用リング状カッター。
  3. （３）前記溝４．４’、　５．５’中の少なくとも一部
    の溝の回転方向Ａに対向する壁面部に固着され　　　゛
    ている小刃物６，６′は、ダイヤモンドで或いは立方晶
    窒化はう素の細粒を高温、高圧下で焼結して成る実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のせんい強化プラスチッ
    ク材料切断用リング状カッター。
