線、４・・・外部接続端子、５・・・センターコアシー
ト、６．７・・・オーバーシート、１０・・・合成樹脂

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）集積回路が取り付けられたプリント基板の表□面
    を合成樹脂にて被覆することにより該表面を平担面とな
    し、このプリント基板をその表面がセンターコアシート
    の表面と同一平面内に位置するようにセンターコアシー
    トに設けられている凹部若しくは穴に配設し、さらにプ
    リント基板が配設されたセンターコアシートの両面にオ
    ーバーシートを積層してなる集積回路内蔵カード。
  2. （２）前記合成樹脂が熱硬化性合成樹脂である実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の集積回路内蔵カード。
  3. （３）前記熱硬化性合成樹脂がエポキシ樹脂である実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の集積回路内蔵カード。
