    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＩＣ等の集積回路疎び外部との接続用端子を含むプリン
    ト基板がセンターコアシートに取り付けられ、このセン
    ターコアシートの両面にオーバーシ一トが積層されてな
    るカードにおいて、少くとも前記接続用端子に対応する
    部分のオーバーシ一トを異方性導電シートにより構成し
    、この異方性導電シートと前記接続用端子とを接触せし
    めてなることを特徴とする集積回路内蔵カード。
