Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は回路基板に配置したＩＣ，ＬＳＩ等の電気回路
素子を樹脂材料にてモールド封止するための封止枠構造
に関する。
従来、封止枠を用いた回路基板の実装に於いて、封止枠
は回路素子の保護用合成樹脂の流れ防止として使用され
ている。
実装の小型化に伴なって封止枠肉厚は薄くする必要があ
る。
封止枠に位置決めピンを設は回路基板に設けた穴に嵌合
させる位置決め方法に於いて、封止枠肉厚が位置決めビ
ン径以上必要とされているため封止部が大きくなる欠点
があった。
即ち、第１図に示すように回路基板１に配置した回路素
子４のリード線３を基板１上の導体パターン１ａに電気
接続し、回路素子とリード線及び電気接続部の保護のた
め合成樹脂材料５を封止枠２内に注入する。
封止枠２はピン部２ａを回路基板に設けた穴部１ｂに嵌
合させて固定する。
この場合、樹脂材料を封止する封止枠の周壁は、ピン部
２ａとともに枠自体も合成樹脂材料にて成形加工すると
周壁の厚さも適度の寸法を要することになり、封止枠自
体の大きさ、寸法も大きくなり回路基板上の回路素子の
集積度も低下する等の問題が生じている。
また、封止枠２自体を樹脂材料で成形加工した場合には
、封止用樹脂材料５を注入するときに変形等の問題も生
じ易い。
本考案は上記の問題点を考慮した封止枠を提供するもの
であり、封止枠に回路基板方向に広がる斜面部を設ける
ことにより、この問題を解決するものである。
第２図以下に実施例を示す。
第１図と同一符号は同一名称の部品を示す。
６は本考案に係る封止枠であり周壁の隅部の任意個所に
ピン６ａ、６ａを設け、周壁の四隅には内部を与え、そ
の四隅の内部６ｂの内側の側面は上部ａから下部すに向
かって（即ち回路基板方向に向かって）斜面部６ｃを設
ける。
斜面部の設は方は第２図すのように内部の内周面を曲面
に仕上げてもよく、また第３図、第４図のように仕上げ
てもよい。
本考案の如く、封止枠に回路基板１の方向にがる斜面部
を設けることにより封止枠の上部は肉厚部が猛威され、
封止枠の構造は強固になり、それ故、周壁の肉厚寸法が
小さくても強度が得られ、封止枠自体を回路素子に比し
小さくしても充分実用に供せられることになり、回路基
板の集積度を高めることができた。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電気回路素子を回路基板上に配置し樹脂材料にて封止し
    た封止枠構造において、 前記封止枠の隅部に該封止枠を前記回路基板上に取り付
    けるピン部を備えるとともに、前記封止枠の前記隅部に
    前記封止枠の上部から下部に向って広がる斜面部を猛威
    したことを特徴とする電気回路素子の封止枠構造。
