に接続する複数のリード端子と、 前記光半導体素子を少なくとも封止する封止体
とにより構成した光半導体装置において、 前記搭載部の下面側内方には、樹脂封止部が設
けられ、 前記樹脂封止部の下面側には、前記リード端子
の下端が外部に露出した状態に配設されたことを
特徴とする光半導体装置。 (2) 前記リード端子の下端は、前記搭載部の下
面の高さと同一高さもしくは前記搭載部の下面よ
りも前記光半導体素子側に配設されたことを特徴
