ープキヤリアの平面図、第７図は従来のＴＡＢに
より形成された集積回路パツケージを実装基板に
実装した様子を示す平面図、第８図は第７図にお
けるアウターリード接合部の拡大断面図である。 図において、１はテープ基材、２は半導体素子
、２ａは突起電極、３はセンタデバイス孔、４は
アウターリード孔、５はパーフオレーシヨン孔、
６はリードサポート部、７はリード端子、７ａは
インナーリード部、７ｂはアウターリード部を示
す。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分
を示す。

- ＴＡＢによつて半導体素子が搭載されたテープ
キヤリアにおいて、テープに対して上側方向から
半導体素子をフエイスダウンして搭載するように
したことを特徴とするテープキヤリア。
