Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)ハウジングと、このハウジングの内部を第1およ
    び第2の室に分割する伸縮自在の弾性膜と、流体源から
    上記第1の室にのみ連通ずる上記ハウジングの入口と、
    上記第2の室に連通ずる上記ハウジングの出口とを有し
    、 上記第1および第2の室は、当該第1の室から第2の室
    に通ずる少なくとも1つの通路を経て流体が流通し得る
    ように連通しており、上記通路は上記第1の室と第2の
    室とのみ連通していて、その寸法は動作期間中変化しな
    いように維持されており、また上記弾性膜は上記両室間
    に固定的に保持されて、流体の圧力差を受けたとき単に
    その弾性のみにより伸縮し、当該弾性膜の一部が上記出
    口に近い位置に移動して上記出口を通って流れる流量を
    制限すると共に、上記弾性膜の一部が上記出口から遠い
    位置に移動して上記出口を通って流れる流量を増加させ
    、それによって上記出口を通って流れる流量を出入口の
    少なくとも一方の流体圧力の変化に関係なく、上記弾性
    膜により一定に制御する流量制御装置。
  2. (2)上記第1の室から第2の室へ通じる上記通路は、
    上記弾性膜を包囲する上記ハウジングの壁面に形成され
    ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲1記載
    の装置。
  3. (3)上記通路は、上記の装置からの流れを、点滴また
    は細流とするための流量抑制手段を有することを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲2記載の装置。
  4. (4)上記の流量抑制手段は、上記ハウジングに分解自
    在に取付けられた部材に設けられた凹溝であることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲3記載の装置。
  5. (5)  上記の流量抑制手段は渦巻状に延びる溝より
    成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲3記載の
    装置。
  6. (6)上記の流量抑制手段は、上記ハウジングの内面に
    形成された迷路状の通路より成ることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲3記載の装置。
