Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダイヤフラム等の受圧応動壁の一方の面に圧力
    設定ばねの弾性力を作用せしめ、他方の面に二次
    側の流体圧力を作用せしめ、ケーシングの固定壁
    との間に配置した主弁ばねで閉弁方向に弾性付勢
    した主弁をダイヤフラムの撓みで直接あるいはピ
    ストン弁等の部材を介して開弁方向に変位せしめ
    て、入力と出口の間に設けた弁口を開閉するもの
    に於いて、主弁ばねとケーシングの固定壁の間に
    ベローズを配置し、ベローズ内と弁口の二次側と
    を連通する通孔をケーシングに設けた減圧弁。
