Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弁孔を有する隔板部によって弁箱内をダイヤフラム室と
    、流体入口を有する１次室とに画し、ダイヤフラム室は
    ダイヤフラムによってさらに２室に区分して、その２室
    中、前記１次室と弁孔で連通ずる側の２次室に流体出口
    を形成し、また、前記ダイヤフラムへ、ダイヤフラムに
    取り付けた弁棒の弁体が前記弁孔を１次室側から閉じよ
    うとする方向へ作動するよう適宜のばねにより復元力を
    与え、かつダイヤフラム室中の２次室でない側の室を、
    弁箱にあけた気孔にて大気と連通せしめ、ポンプは流体
    出口側へ接続せしめるようにした流量制御弁。
