    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケース内に配設されて該ケース内室を負圧室と第２室と
    に仕切るダイアフラムと、前記第２室に対して開設され
    た軸孔に軸受を介して貫通し、その端部を前記ダイアフ
    ラムに固着され、該ダイアフラムに従動するロツドを有
    するダイアフラム装置において、前記第２室に対して開
    設された通気孔の流路断面積が前記負圧室に連なる負圧
    導入孔よりも著しく小なることを特徴とするダイアフラ
    ム装置。
