Claims (1)
- 圧力源に接続可能な第１ポート及び制御対象機
器に接続可能な第２ポートをそなえたハウジング
と、該ハウジング内に軸方向に摺動可能に配設さ
れるプランジヤと、ソレノイドの励磁作用により
前記第１ポート、第２ポートの間を開閉する弁を
有するダイヤフラムとを有するソレノイドバルブ
において、前記ダイヤコラムの有効径に略等しい
部位に弁開閉用環状突起部を前記ダイヤフラムと
一体に設け、かつ前記ダイヤフラムを貫通する通
気用貫通穴を設け、前記ダイヤフラムの両面にそ
れぞれ圧力室を設け、該両圧力室の圧力を略等し
くなるようにしたソレノイドバルブ。
