    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バルブハウジングにポペツトガイドを介して摺
    動自由にリリーフポペツトを収め、このリリーフ
    ポペツトの圧力供給ポートと背圧室とをオリフイ
    スを介して連通するとともに、この背圧室にリリ
    ーフポペツトを閉じ方向に付勢するスプリングを
    介装したリリーフバルブにおいて、リリーフポペ
    ツトのバルブシートの直径とリリーフポートに面
    するポペツトガイドの直径を同一に形成するとと
    もに、ポペツトガイドの先端側に小径部を形成し
    、この小径部が摺動自由に貫通するシール部材を
    介して背圧室を軸方向に仕切り、前記小径部の周
    囲に背圧室およびリリーフポートから独立した圧
    力室を形成したことを特徴とするリリーフバルブ
    。
