Claims (1)
- 入力ポートと出力ポートを有するバルブハウジ
ングと、該バルブハウジングの一端に固定される
モータ部内に軸方向へ移動可能に設けられたシヤ
フトと、該シヤフトと一体的に移動可能に設けら
れた可動コアと、該可動コアに前記入力ポートと
前記出力ポートとの連通を開閉制御可能に一体的
に取り付けられたバルブと、前記バルブのシール
面積と等価な有効面積を有し前記可動コアにその
内周縁を気密的に嵌着されると共にその外周縁を
前記バルブハウジングに気密的に取り付けられ、
前記バルブハウジング内に背圧室を区画形成する
ダイアフラムと、前記バルブを含む可動要素を前
記バルブの常閉または常開方向へ付勢するスプリ
ングと、前記モータ部内に収容される電磁機構と
を備え、前記可動コアは、その中央に一端が前記
入力ポートと連通する孔を有すると共に該孔の他
端に前記背圧室と連通する少なくとも１つの孔を
有し、前記電磁機構に印加される電気信号に応じ
て前記入力、出力ポート間の流体流量を比例的に
制御する電磁式比例流量制御弁。
