Claims (1)
- 入力ポート２に連通する第１の室３と出力ポー
ト４に連通する第２の室５とを区画する壁６に両
室３，５を連通させる連通孔７を形成し、同連通
孔７の第１の室３側端部に弁座１２を形成し、比
例ソレノイド１７のプランジヤ１６に装着された
作動ロツド１８にはその先端に前記第１の室３内
に収容されると共に先端が圧力反室１９に嵌挿さ
れる弁体２０を前記弁座１２と当接可能に固定し
、前記連通孔７と対向する位置には作動ロツド１
８と一体移動可能な受圧部２１を前記弁体２０及
び受圧部２１に作用する前記第２の室５の圧力が
バランスする状態に設け、前記作動ロツド１８及
び弁体２０には前記第２の室５と圧力反室１９と
を連通させる流路２４を設け、前記比例ソレノイ
ド１７の操作力と圧力反室１９の圧力との対抗に
より弁の開度を制御するようにしたことを特徴と
する圧力制御弁。
