気吸引口、（６８：第一回動アーム、８４ニスプリング
（付勢手段）、９０：カム部材、）（第一運動変換機構
）、８２：先端部（第一位置決め爪）、９８　：エアシ
リンダ（第一アクチュエータ）、１２０：保持部材、（
１２２：第二回動アーム、１３２：ピニオン、１３４：

運動変換機構）、１３０：先端部（第二位置決め爪）、

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）先端に空気吸引口を備えてチップを吸着する吸着
    ヘッドと、その吸着ヘッドの中心線にほぼ直角でかつ互
    に直角な第一方向と第二方向とにおいてそれぞれ吸着ヘ
    ッドの中心線に関して互に対称に移動して前記チップの
    第一方向および第二方向における位置決めを行う一対ず
    つの第一位置決め爪および第二位置決め爪とを含むチッ
    プ吸着・位置決め装置において、 前記第一位置決め爪と第二位置決め爪とに対して、互に
    独立に作動する第一アクチュエータおよび第二アクチュ
    エータとそれらアクチュエータの運動をそれぞれ第一位
    置決め爪および第二位置決め爪の運動に変換する第一運
    動変換機構および第二運動変換機構とを設けたことを特
    徴とするチップ吸着・位置決め装置。
  2. （２）前記第一位置決め爪が、前記吸着ヘッドと同心に
    設けられた吸着ヘッド保持体にその吸着ヘッド保持体の
    中心線を含む二乎面に沿って同勢゛可能に取り付けられ
    た一対の第一回動アームの先端に設けられたものであり
    、前記第二位置決め爪が、前記吸着ヘッド保持体から側
    方へ一定距離隔たった位置において吸着ヘッド保持体と
    ・　の相対位置不変に設けられた保持部材に前記一平面
    と直角な平面に沿って回動可能に取り付けられ、先端が
    前記吸着ヘッド近傍まで曲げ延ばされた一対の第二回動
    アームの先端に設けられたものである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のチップ吸着・位置決め装置。
  3. （３）前記第一アクチュエータがエアシリンダであり、
    かつ、前記第一運動変換機構が前記一対の第一回動アー
    ムと、それら一対の第１回動アームを対称方向に付勢す
    る付勢手段と、前記吸着ヘッド保持体の外側に摺動可能
    に嵌合されて前記エアシリンダにより移動させられ、第
    一回動アームに係合して前記行手段の付勢力に抗して第
    一回動アームを回動させるカムとを含むものである実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のチップ吸着・位置決め
    装置。
  4. （４）前記第二アクチュエータがエアシリンダであり、
    かつ、前記第二運動変換機構が前記一対の第二回動アー
    ムと、それら第二回動アームの回動中心線上においてそ
    れら第二回動アームにそれぞれ固定された一対のピニオ
    ンと、両側に歯を備えてそれら一対のピニオン間に挿入
    され、それらと噛み合わされた状態で前記第二アクチュ
    エータたるエアシリンダにより移動させられるラックと
    を含むものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項または
    第３項記載のチップ吸着・位置決め装置。
