Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 必要な情報をバーコード形式で可視的に記録したバーコ
    ードパターン面を含む記録媒体を、バー要素を横切る方
    向に沿って、読取りヘッドに対して相対的に移動させな
    がら、該読取りヘッドによって前記バー！素の有無を認
    識することにより前記バーコードパフ１フ面上のバーコ
    ードを読取るようにしたバーコード読取り装置において
    、前記読取りヘッドから出力された前記バー要素と認識
    したことを示す信号の時間幅が、規格化されたバー幅の
    最大許容値に対応する時間幅を超えたとき、これを誤認
    識として検出する第１の誤認識検出手段と、 前記バー要素と認識したことを示す信号に続く前記読取
    りヘッド出力の空白認識信号の時間幅が、前記バーコー
    ドにおけるバー要素間の空白の最大許容値に対応する時
    間幅を超えたとき、先行するバー要素認識信号を誤認識
    として検出する第２の誤認識検出手段と、 前記第１及び第２の誤認識検出手段の誤認識検出出力の
    論理和にもとづき、該誤認識検出に対応する前記読取り
    ヘッドの出力信号を無効にする手段と、 無効にされなかった前記読取りヘッドの出力信号に基き
    正規のバー要素認識信号が該読取りヘッドから出力され
    た以後は、前記第１及び第２の誤認識検出手段を不動作
    にする手段と、 を具えたバーコード読取り誤動作防止装置。
