Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は各種法面を緑化する工法に係り、特に、コンク
リート製の人工法面、構造物面、堅い岩盤面、氷壁、金
属壁等を植物で蔽えるようにした法面緑化工法に関する
ものである。
法面における崩解を防ぐ目的でコンクリート等の層を構
築することが多いが、コンクリート製の人工法面は自然
の景観を悪化するし、植物の不足による自然環境の破壊
をもたらすが、コンクリート層や岩盤の表面に植物を植
付けることが困難であることからして、コンクリートあ
るいは岩盤はそのままに放置されている。
本発明は前記法面を経済的に、かつ確実に緑化できるよ
うにした法面緑化工法を提供するものであって、所望植
物の種子を混入し粘着材で結した土粒の所要量を、液状
の発泡性樹脂を噴射して形成するモノフィラメント群と
ともに法面に吹付け、前記樹脂が凝固し法面に固着して
形成した繊維絡合層中に前記土粒群を保持し、その後発
芽し成育する前記植物にＪ：り法面を緑化するようにし
た法面緑化工法である。
次に、図面を参照しつつ本発明の詳細な説明する。
第１図には本発明工法の実施例を略示しである。コンク
リート層または堅い岩盤からなる法面１に向け、液状の
発泡性樹脂を多数のノズル２を一群とした噴射管３から
噴射しつつ、この噴射管３のノズル２間空隙を通じて土
粒４群を噴射すると、土粒４群は前記ノズル２から噴射
されたモノフィラメンｌ−５群に絡まりながら法面１に
達し、前記モノフィラメント５群が絡まった状態で第２
図に示でように形成する繊維絡合層（△）の中にほぼ均
等に存在することになる。
前記土粒４は第３図に１粒を拡大断面図で模式的に示し
であるように、所望の種子６（例えば洋芝、和芝、草花
等）を所要量混入した培土４△を水溶性粘着材で結合し
てあり、適宜粒径としである。
前記樹脂のモノフィラメント５は繊維絡合層〈△）を形
成するとともに法面１に固着し、法面１に前記土粒４群
の層を保持することになる。。
一方、前記樹脂と土粒の吹付けに際し、法面１が急傾斜
面等であれば、予め、金網や合成樹脂製網等の保持部材
７を法面１に所要の隙間を保ち固着しておく。
本発明工法によって、法面１に層状に保持された土粒４
内の種子６は、その後の降雨、日照等を受けて発芽し、
培土４Ａ内の養分を得て成育する。
また、発泡性樹脂からなるモノフィラメント群は降雨や
夜霧等で水分を含むので日照りや乾燥から植物の枯れる
のを防止プることかできる。
多数の種子６が発芽し、植物として成育すれば、イの根
と繊維絡合層（△）の繊維とが絡まり、みだりに剥離し
ない強固な法面保護層を形成する。
なお、土質が岩混り、くずれやすい岩盤等の法面には金
網、合成樹脂製網等を張り本工法を施せば法面の保護と
緑化が同時になし得る。
前記実施例は所望植物の種子を混入し粘着材で結合した
土粒と発泡性樹脂とを同時に吹付（プる場合としたが、
これに代えて第４図に示すように所望植物の種子を混入
し粘着材で結合した土粒４を一方の導管８から吹出させ
、他方の導管９から発泡性樹脂を吹田さゼ、発泡性樹脂
からなるモノフィラメント５で土粒を絡合させながら本
発明を施工してもよい。
以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明工法にＪこれば
、植物の植生が困難な法面を著しく容易に、かつ経済的
に緑化できる優れた効果が得られる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 所望植物の種子を混入し粘着材で結合した土粒の所要量
    を、液状の発泡性樹脂を噴射して形成するモノフィラメ
    ント群とともに法面に吹付け、前記樹脂が凝固し法面に
    固着して形成した１１ｉ＃絡合層中に前記土粒群を保持
    し、その後発芽し成育する前記植物により法面を緑化す
    るようにしたことを特徴とする法面緑化工法。
