を以て示し、第２図は本考案に使用される電子部品冷却
構造の２個の例を、第３図はプリント板パッケージに適
用した実施例を、共に斜視図を以て示す。 図において、１，１１はチップ部品、２，１２はセラミ
ック基板、４．４’、４“及び１４は放熱板、６，６′
及び１６はヒートパイプ、７，７’。 ８．８′、及び１７は大部、１９はプリント板、２０は
放熱フィンを示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 夫々チップ部品を搭載したセラミック基板に、ヒートパ
    イプを貫通させる１個、又は複数個の大部を設けた金属
    板を貼着し、これらの電子部品を複数個併設し、該貫通
    孔に端部に放熱フィンを備える共通のヒートパイプが挿
    入結合されてなることを特徴とする電子部品の冷却構造
    。
