  1. 棒状をなす複数個がすき開本あけて並立して配置され両
    端面が接触面に形成されており、半導体素子の電極接触
    面に圧接する本体部、及びこれらの本体部の外側周には
    め込まれ、軸方向に対し複数段に固着されてあり、上記
    半導体素子の発熱を上お本体部を介し放熱するフィンを
    備えた半導体素子のヒートシンク。
