    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却体に複数枚の冷却フインが積層され、冷却
    体の側面が平形半導体素子に接合されて冷却作用
    をなす積層ヒートシンクを備えた半導体装置にお
    いて；前記冷却フインを半導体素子取付面側およ
    び反対側の両側に振り分けて張り出させたことを
    特徴とする半導体装置。
