- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 パツケージ２にチツプ３を埋設することで形成
された半導体素子１と、通風によつて該チツプ３
の発熱を冷却するフイン４とを備えた半導体素子
の冷却構造において、 前記フイン４が第１と第２のシート６，７と、
ペルチエ素子５とを介して前記パツケージ２の表
面に接合されるように形成すると共に、 該ペルチエ素子５のそれぞれの電極５Ａ，５Ｂ
には第１と第２のシート６，７の導電層６Ａ，７
Ａが固着されて成ることを特徴とする半導体素子
の冷却構造。
