Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は経編細幅レース地の曲線状のスカラ全体にこの
曲線に沿って突出長さが一定でき麗にピコットが編成出
来る様にしたものである。
本発明はピコットを絡ませる可溶性の糸、ほどき糸等の
最外側の編目を生地糸の編目につなぎピコットを編成す
る方法に関するもので、経編ラッセルレース地に於で、
湾曲部分を設けたスカラ１を柄糸にて編成し、このスカ
ラの最突出部の柄糸を絡ませた編目２より外方の複数列
の編目糸に水可溶性、熱可溶性、有機溶剤可溶性等の可
溶性の糸３又はほどき糸４を用い、或はこれ等の糸３，
４を併用し、この複数列の編目の外方に生地糸で編目５
を設け、この生地糸の編目を継ぎ用挿入糸９にて絡み、
スカラ１の最外側の柄糸の編成と同時にピコツ｝ ８
， ８’編成用の糸６を編込み、スカラの最突出部に於
ではピコット編成用の糸６を前記の可溶性の糸３又はほ
どき糸４の編目、又はこれ等の糸３，４を併用した編目
に絡ませ、スカラ１の凹部に於ては生地の編目７に絡ま
せてピコット８′を編成し、編成後可溶性の糸３を溶解
し、ほどき糸４を抜き、スカラ１の凹部のピコット８′
の外方の生地の編目を切除して一連のピコット８，８′
がスカラ１に沿って曲線を呈する様編成することを特徴
とする経編細幅レース地の製法に関するものである。
本発明の製法に於では、最外側の可溶性の糸３又はほど
き糸４の編目を地糸の編目５に継ぎ用挿入糸９にて継い
であるので、この最外側の可溶性の糸又はほどき糸の編
目に絡ませたピコット８の編成には安定性があり、突出
長さが長短夫々一定で、ピコットかき麗に編成出来る利
点がある。

図面は本発明の実施の態様を示すもので、第１図は本発
明の組織図である。 １・・・・・・スカラ、２，５，７・・・・・・生地糸
の編目、３・・・・・・可溶性の糸、４・・・・・・ほ
どき糸、６・・・・・・ピコット編成用の糸、８，８′
・・・・・・ピコット、９・・・・・・継ぎ用の糸。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 経編ラッセルレース地に於で、湾曲部分を設けたス
    カラを柄糸にて編成し、このスカラの最突出部の柄糸を
    絡ませた編目より外方の複数列の編目糸に、可溶性の糸
    、又はほどき糸を用い、或はこれ等の糸を併用し、この
    複数列の編目の外方に生地糸で編目を設け、この編目を
    継ぎ用挿入糸にて継ぎ、スカラの最外側の柄糸の編成と
    同時にピコット編成用の糸を編込み、ピコット編成用の
    糸を可溶性の糸又はほどき糸の編目又はこれ等の糸を併
    用した編目に絡ませ、スカラの凹部に於では生地の編目
    に絡ませ、編成後可溶性の糸を溶解し、ほどき糸を抜き
    、スカラの凹部の生地の編目を刃物にて切除してスカラ
    に沿って曲線を呈する様ピコットを編成することを特徴
    とする経編細幅レース地の製法。
