Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　複数の離間した工作機械間に設けられたレールと、
    被工作物を保持するとともに該レール上を移動可能とさ
    れた支持台と、この支持台に取り付けられたメカニカル
    ハンドと、前記支持台をレールに沿って移動せしめると
    ともに各工作機械の工作位置に合せて支持台を停止せし
    めるリニアステップモータ駆動装置とからなることを特
    徴とする工作機械用ロボット。 ２　前記リニアステップモータ駆動装置は工作治具のそ
    れぞれに対応して配設された固定磁性構造体と、支持台
    に設けられた摺動磁性構造体と゛　からなり、これらを
    励磁することによって支持台を任意の工作位置に停止せ
    しめるようにした　−ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の工作機械用ロボット。、
