Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、温度計による基礎体温の規則的な測定によっ
て排卵周期内の排卵時期゛を検出する装置に関する。
一ヶ月の３０日の間に、妊娠可能な年令の女性が受胎可
能な日は僅か３〜４日である。望ましくない妊娠をなく
するため、或いは産児制限による家族計画内で赤ちゃん
が欲しいときに、この短い受胎可能な期間を簡単な方法
で確認できることが重要である。このために、女性の性
周期の間に体温が、受精（受胎）可能な期間の開始時（
これは排卵に関連したホルモンの変化に起因する）に数
時間の間０．７’−０，８℃上昇することを利用してい
る。
排卵の時期を決める周知の方法はいわゆる目覚め時にお
ける体温の毎日の測定と記録を含む。
この方法は、女性が起きる前に毎朝自分の体温を測定し
てそれを書き留めることを前提としている。しかしなが
ら、医学的実験は、その測定を忘れたシ、起きた後にだ
け行うため、基礎体温の記録は多くの場合に比較的不正
確であることを示している。これは、休んでいると蛭の
体温に不明確な運動に基づく熱、が加わりて測定結果を
不正確にするため、目覚め時の体温を不正確なものにす
る・ この方法を実施するための特殊な温度計は西独特許公開
明細書第２，４４９，１６５号に開示されている。しか
しながら、この温度計は、目覚めた後直ちに体内に導入
しなければならず、かつ測定した体温を書き留めなけれ
ばならないという欠点がある。
本発明の課題は、目を覚ましたときに体温計を使用して
通常の方法で女性によつて意識的に行われる測定方法と
は異なり、かつ基礎体温の上昇のもつと信頼性のある測
定を保証する方法および装置を提供することである。
本発明によって、この課題は、特定の時間における女性
の体温を２４時間毎に測定および記憶し、その体温値を
その２４時間および（または）４８時間前に測定および
記憶した値と比較する装置も備えた腕時計の底面（ボト
ム）に温度計を設けることによって解決される。
本発明による装置は基礎体温の上昇を測定することを利
用するが、女性が目を覚ましたときにその測定をする必
要はない。その目的は数時間の睡眠の後早朝の間に優勢
する体温の測定をすることである。従って、予め決めた
時間、例えば午前３時または４時に、女性の体温は彼女
の前腕に接触している温度計によって測定され、その温
度は腕時計に内蔵された電子記憶装置へ導入される。そ
の女性の体温は厳密に同一時間および同一方法で２４時
間毎に測定される、そして前記の値は記憶された値と比
較して差がある場合に決定される。この差またはこれら
の差の１つが予め決めた基準１ｍ　（その値は約０．５
℃に設定すべきである）を越えた場合には、これは排卵
がその直前に起きたことを示す。この方法を２４時間毎
にくり返す。
所定の時間に測定された温度値が基準体温上昇の上昇側
面にあるときでも排卵の正確な測定をするためには、最
後の測定値（２４時間前に測定された値）と比較した差
値を作るのみならず、最後から二番目に測定された値（
４８時間前に測定された値）と比較した差値を作る必要
がある。
測定された温度はデジタル式腕時計のデジタル−フィー
ルドに表示することが便利である。
普通のフィールドは時間を示すために使用されるが、別
のフィールドを設けることも可能で多る。最後に測定さ
れた体温値とその２４時間または４８時間前に測定され
た体温値との差が基準値を越えた場合には、これが、例
えば測定体温が点滅表示によって別に示され、それによ
りて排卵が生じていたことを示す。
かくして、本発明による装置は、篤くほど簡単な方法で
予め決めた正確な時間に女性の基礎体温を規則的に測定
し、その結果その体温値と前に測定された値とを比較す
ることによ−）″′Ｃ排卵がその直前に起こっていたこ
とを決定することができる。
以上および特許請求の範囲に開示された本発明の特徴は
、発明の種々の′実施態様の実現のために単独で或いは
組合せにおいて重要となるであろう。

Claims (5)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）温度計が腕時計の底面に装着され、特定の時間に
    おいて２４時間毎に女性の体温を測定および記憶し、こ
    の体温値と２４時間および（ま九は）４８時間前に測定
    、記憶された値とを比較する装置を内蔵することを特徴
    とする、温度計を使用して基礎体温を規則的に測定する
    ことによりて排卵周期内における排卵時期を検出する・
    装置。
  2. （２）前記装置が、予め決めた時間において２４時間毎
    に前記体温値を測定し、その値と２４時間および（また
    は）４８時間前に測定、記憶された体温値とを比較して
    、両者の値の間に予め決めた基準値を越える差が存在す
    る場合には特殊な表示を行なうことを特徴とする特許請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の排卵周期における排卵時期を検
    出する装置。
  3. （３）前記の温度針および装置がデジタル式腕時計に内
    蔵されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項または
    第２項に記載の装置。
  4. （４）優勢する体温が前記デジタル式腕時計のデジタル
    ・パネルに表示されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲
    第３項に記載の装置。
  5. （５）前記の差が予め決めた基準値を越える止き、前記
    優勢する温度が点滅表示されることを特徴とする特許請
    求の範囲第４項に記載の装置。
