Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は発毛促進剤、更に詳しくは、胆汁末又はその構
成成分の一種以上を含有する発毛促進剤に関する。
一般に発毛促進剤として使用される物質は。
優れた主目的効果を呈するとともに、比較的長期間にわ
たり連用することから特に安全性が高いことが要求され
る。
本発明者等は、上述の効果を呈する物質の探索研究をな
した結果、胆のうより分泌され脂肪の消化吸収に不可欠
な成分であり、天然の界面活性剤としてよく知られてい
る胆汁、胆汁酸又はこれらの構成成分が目的にかなうこ
とをみいだし本発明を完成した。
本発明の優れた発毛効果は、牛の胆汁末をアルコール水
溶液に溶解したものを検体とし、これを除毛クリームで
脱毛したｄｄ、Ｙ系雄性ラットのｊ復部に２週間塗布し
た結果第認した。
ｕ（１も、胆汁末塗布群ζ才対照群（アルコール水溶液
のみ）と比較し塗布初期から発毛がみられ数日後におい
て有意に発毛促進効果が詔められた。本発明の発毛促進
剤は発毛初期での効果が特に顕著であり、新規発毛促進
剤として有用なものである。
本発明の発毛促進剤の実施に＋Ｖにしては、胆汁末、ｒ
ＩＥＡ汁酸又はこれ等の構成成分の一種以上を配合した
アルコールローション、乳？（１，クリーム等の外用剤
型のいずれを採用してもよく、これ等は常法により製す
ることができる。
これ等外用剤に含有させる有効成分の含ｍは約０．０１
％〜５．０％、好ましくは０．１〜１．０％が考えられ
る。
なお１本発明の主成分である胆汁末又は胆汁酸の構成成
分としては９例えばコールｍ、デオギシコール酸、ケノ
デオキシコール酸、リトコール酸、ウルツデスオキシコ
ール酸等が拳げられる。
以下、試験例及び処方例をもって本発明を説明する。
試験例 牛の胆汁末（ミクニ化学産業製）を５０％アルコ１ルに
溶解し検液（胆汁末含量０．］％）を製す。
一方、実験動物としてｄｄＹ系雄性ラットを選発毛促進
効果は発毛スコアーを次のにうにＨ（ヒ定し、１０匹の
平均値を指標として評価した。
スコアー設定 ０　　発毛みられず Ｊ　　発毛している ２　　硬毛がはえそろう ３　　硬毛の長さが正常毛の約゛１′分イ・　　正常毛
の状態 ￥馳結果 図１に示す如く、対照群（１１・−］、　Ｏ）に対し塗
布群（ｎ　−１−０）は有意に発毛促進効果を呈した。
