Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）工程の少ない測定変換器付きの秤セルと、過負荷
    に対する秤セルの保護装置を有し、保護装置は２つの互
    いに相対して可動の構成部材、即ちその垂直運動が固定
    止め具によって限定される、秤皿番担持している上方部
    分と、秤セルの荷重支持部によって担持されている下方
    部分、ならびに上方部分と下方部分とを結合する留めば
    ねを有し、該留めばねは定格負荷の場合には上方部分と
    下方部分とを互いに一定の間隔に保持し、過負荷の場合
    には急激に湾曲する過負荷保護装置付き秤において、該
    保護装置はフレーム構造として構成し、かつ秤のハウジ
    ング内部□で秤セルの周りに円形に配設し、しかも秤モ
    ルの荷重支持部に直接固定したことを特徴とする過負荷
    保護装置付き秤。
  2. （２）留めばねの配置が略４５°の角度に傾斜して立っ
    ている平行案内部−導桿と、力の作用方向がは＼゛水平
    ある、上方及び下方部分に作用するばねとを介して形成
    されている過負荷保護装置付き秤において、下方部分に
    対するばねの作用点は上方部分に対する作用点よりも高
    く位置し、′これによって上方部分上にはばね力の常に
    ・　上向きの垂直方向成分が作用することを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の過　　　　′負
